A touch of Pagnol
Pastis Phocéa belongs to the garrigue. A touch of fennel and coriander ... when we smell it, we are at the foot of the Garlaban and we can hear the famous words of our Marcel Pagnol! In Gémenos, Allauch or Nans-les-Pins, we drink Pastis Phocéa during the cavalcades of Saint Eloi, in the village square! When we savour it, we savour Provence and its traditions, to the sound of pipes and drums, watching the carts roll by. When we drink this with grilled meat or fish we can just taste the garrigue!
Tasting tip: add enough chilled water to suit. Remember, the water always comes before the ice!
