An old family friend

The clatter of ice cubes in the glasses on a tray carried by Granny at tea-time ... Childhood memories, those moments when we played again and again under the hot sun! And if we close our eyes now, we can still smell the fresh aroma of the aniseed-based drink, combined with the intensity of mint, served with Granny’s chocolate ice cream in the summer. Chilled and unsweetened, she drinks it as well, while making her pistou soup and with the cicadas working themselves into a frenzy outside!

In fact, the whole family enjoys Sereno Anis Glacial Mint, at home or sat in a café after shopping at the local market in Place Sebastopol, with the sweet fragrance of canary melons rising from the shopping basket.
