Our Manzana Verde, 100% made in Marseille, uses the traditional Spanish recipe. It is drunk neat, as a cocktail, poured over an ice cream or a dessert. But in Marseille we drink the shots in the evening! After a day sunbathing on the rocks, Manzana Verde sets on fire the evenings at the beach bars of Borely, until the very last sounds of guitars fade away.
