Our Limoncello, a nectar straight from Italy, is made from untreated Italian lemons. Served on crushed ice, the tanginess is balanced by a perfectly mastered dose of sugar.
We can just imagine the bottle of Limoncello with its pretty colour on the outside table of a large stone house, surrounded by vineyards, in the foothills of Sainte Victoire, and the moments savouring it under the wisteria until the crickets retire and the owls take their place.
