Intense Colombian eau-de-vie

Our aniseed-flavoured brandy, imported straight from Colombia, is best enjoyed on the rocks as an aperitif. Its dry side, associated with the freshness of aniseed, makes it an invigorating drink. Ideally, it goes with a game of cards and a few peanuts, under the plane trees of Place Saint Michel, to the sound of petanque balls clinking at the end of the day.

Tasting tip: neat or on the rocks.
